Brian was amazing and super thorough. I found him highly recommended through a subreddit and hired him for my 1-year new home inspection. I wish I had hired him before purchasing the home. He found some obvious issues that the original inspector should have noticed. He is very kind and well educated. I added on the thermal imaging and sewer scope which I think was worth it!

Very detailed report with supporting picture evidence, that let me have a great understanding of what I was getting into with the house, no downplaying it at all. Couldn’t be happier. Would recommend and suggest to anyone looking for an inspection in the DFW area.

Brian is a world class home inspector. I had him come to my house to help me determine why my floors were showing water damage. The insurance company made a determination that it wasn't plumbing-related, but Brian was able to determine that it was indeed a plumbing problem. This gave me the ability to file a claim that has resulted in me getting an entirely new system and my floors replaced.
Brian has a wide depth of knowledge and experience. He was extremely thorough in his process and he's very personable to work with. I can't recommend him enough!
